Which Golf Simulator Is Best? TrackMan vs. Foresight vs. Uneekor vs. Full Swing

The launch monitor is the heart of any indoor golf setup — it's what turns your swing into ball flight on the screen. Here's how the four brands you'll see most often in sim lounges actually differ, and which is worth seeking out.

How launch monitors measure your shot

Two technologies dominate. Radar (Doppler) systems track the ball through the air, while photometric (camera) systems photograph the ball and club at the moment of impact. Some brands combine both for extra accuracy.

TrackMan

Dual radar with optically enhanced tracking, and the standard used on the PGA Tour. Known for its outdoor-grade ball-flight accuracy and the depth of its data. It sits at the premium end.

Foresight (GCQuad / GC3)

High-speed cameras measure the ball and the club directly at impact. Widely used by tour players and club fitters, and excellent indoors where there's little room for the ball to travel.

Uneekor (EYE XO)

An overhead camera system with optional club-marked or markless tracking. It delivers strong accuracy for the price and shows up in many newer commercial builds.

Full Swing

Dual tracking that pairs radar and a camera, famously used by Tiger Woods. A dependable all-rounder for both practicing and playing full rounds.

So which should you book?

For the deepest data and club fitting, Foresight and TrackMan lead. For serious accuracy at a friendlier price, Uneekor is hard to beat. And for a fun, reliable round with friends, any of the four — plus franchise systems like Golfzon and X-Golf — will play great.
